Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and, in their original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at sales@teckka.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. (Please note: returns sent without approval can’t be accepted.)

Return Shipping Costs

While we are pleased to offer free standard shipping to our UK customers when placing an order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer regardless of location.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the UK, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All local customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by you upon delivery.

 

"Return to Sender" & Refused Packages

If a parcel (UK or International) is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, failure to collect the parcel from a local depot, or refusal of the delivery, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus our original shipping costs and any return-handling fees charged to us by the courier.

This policy also applies to international packages returned to us due to a customer's refusal to pay local customs duties or import taxes.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Sale items

- Gift cards

 If you’re unsure about a specific product, just ask us before ordering.

 

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original purchase (once accepted) and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

 

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The item must still be unused, in its original packaging and, accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that while you have the right to cancel, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note: banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to process the refund.)
